Position Overview

The Technology Trainer - Operations is responsible for training employees on various tools and software essential to their roles. This role involves providing specialized, in-depth training, conducting multiple training sessions, creating comprehensive learning materials, tracking user engagement, and offering troubleshooting support. The trainer will ensure employees maximize efficiency and effectiveness with the company’s technology stack, empowering teams to fully utilize tools for improved performance and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

• Conduct multiple live training sessions and classes to train employees on company software, CRM systems, outreach platforms, and operational tools.

• Design and deliver advanced training programs for employees transitioning to their active roles in sales and recruitment.

• Develop self-paced learning resources, such as video tutorials, advanced user guides, FAQs and best practice documents.

• Conduct live sessions focusing on advanced features, tool integrations, and strategies for optimizing workflows.

Documentation and Knowledge Management

• Create and maintain detailed documentation to support advanced use cases, troubleshooting, and tool optimization.

• Develop a centralized repository of advanced training materials, ensuring they remain up-to-date with new features and tools.

• Collaborate with team leads to identify advanced training needs and create content tailored to specific roles or challenges.

User Tracking & Adoption

• Monitor software/tool usage metrics to ensure employees are effectively using the tools.

• Identify users who need additional training and provide targeted coaching sessions.

• Collect and analyze feedback to improve training programs and ensure high adoption rates.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Act as the go-to resource for employees facing challenges with software tools.

• Provide one-on-one coaching and troubleshooting assistance for complex tool-related issues.

• Work closely with the IT team to escalate and resolve technical challenges impacting tool performance.

Evaluation and Reporting

• Measure the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, performance metrics, and tool usage data.

• Provide regular reports to the CTO and other stakeholders on training outcomes, adoption rates, and areas for improvement.

• Continuously gather feedback from employees to refine training approaches and resources.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on new features, updates, and best practices for the company’s tools and technologies.

• Propose and implement enhancements to training programs to meet evolving operational needs.

• Collaborate with IT, sales, and recruitment teams to identify process inefficiencies and provide training-based solutions.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• 2+ years of experience in technology training, instructional design, or a related role.

• Proven ability to design and deliver advanced training programs for professional tools and systems.

• Experience in running multiple training programs and managing technology adoption in a corporate environment.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong ability to teach, train, and simplify complex software functionalities for diverse teams.

• Strong understanding of sales and recruitment workflows and the tools that support them.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse teams.

• Proficiency in creating high-quality training materials using video creation tools, documentation platforms, and presentation software.

• Analytical skills to assess training needs and measure the impact of training programs.

Technical Proficiency

• Hands-on experience with a variety of CRM, outreach, and workflow tools (specific tool expertise is an advantage).

• Ability to quickly learn new tools and translate technical features into practical training content.

• Basic troubleshooting skills to assist with advanced tool usage challenges.

Salary Range: 40,000 – 60,000 rupees a month
