The ideal candidate will be:
- 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience to join the firm’s Las Vegas office.
- Should have a proven track record in legal research and writing, including, but not limited to, the drafting of briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda and discovery requests.
- Judicial clerkship preferred.
- Nevada bar admission preferred.
