Job Summary:

The Contracts Administrator - SaaS Sales (Remote) is a key partner to Nextech’s Sales team, working closely to support all aspects of the sales contracting process. This role ensures seamless management of SaaS sales agreements by coordinating with Sales, Legal, Finance and Revenue Operations to streamline contract workflows, maintain compliance and facilitate timely execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS contracts and a proactive approach to supporting a dynamic sales environment.


Essential Functions

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the full lifecycle of SaaS sales agreements, including drafting, negotiation, execution, renewal and termination. Ensure that each stage aligns with sales objectives and is completed efficiently.
  • Drafting & Customization: Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to prepare, draft and tailor SaaS agreements like MSAs, NDAs and service-level agreements. Ensure the terms accurately meet client requirements and Nextech’s business goals.
  • Negotiation Coordination: Work directly with Sales to prioritize negotiations, coordinate necessary approvals and finalize terms that align with Nextech’s strategic objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate with clients throughout the contracting process, clarifying terms, managing modification requests and ensuring a smooth contracting experience that aligns with revenue goals.
  • Contract Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a comprehensive status log for all sales contracts, providing regular updates to Sales and other stakeholders on progress, deadlines and next steps.
  • E-Signature Management: Oversee the e-signature process to ensure timely execution of agreements, aligning with client timelines and internal compliance standards.
  • Platform Optimization: Manage the contract management platform, ensuring it supports the evolving needs of the Sales team and streamlines contract workflows.
  • Compliance & Standards: Implement and uphold Nextech’s contracting standards, ensuring all agreements adhere to legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between Sales, Legal and Finance teams to ensure smooth transitions from contract negotiations to client onboarding, supporting a positive and efficient experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a SaaS contract administrator collaborating with sales/finance.
  • 5+ years of equivalent experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in healthcare  
  • Prior experience working in Salesforce 

Working Environment/Physical Demands

  • Remote Work: The majority of the work will be performed remotely from a home office or other suitable location within the United States. The employee should have a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet access. 
  • Flexible Schedule: The role may require occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate meetings across different time zones. 
  • Travel: The position requires up to 25% travel for business meetings, conferences, and client visits. Ability to travel by air, rail, or car, and handle associated activities such as carrying luggage, navigating airports, and adjusting to different time zones. 
  • Computer Use: Prolonged periods of sitting and extensive use of a computer, including typing, video conferencing, and other digital communication tools. 
  • Meeting Participation: Occasional standing, walking, and attending in-person meetings during business travel.
