This role ensures that all RfP activities align with the company’s strategic sales and business objectives. </p><p>The ideal candidate will lead the RfP function, driving process efficiency, improving win rates, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality proposals that enhance the company’s competitive positioning.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Report to the Head of Sales Excellence and oversee the end-to-end RfP process, ensuring alignment with the company’s sales and business objectives.</li><li>Lead the RfP Excellence function, driving efficient and effective processes for scouting, pre-qualification, and opportunity assignment to sales.</li><li>Manage cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure timely, competitive proposals.</li><li>Establish and maintain best practices for RfP submissions, including templates, compliance checklists, and submission timelines.</li><li>Analyze past RfPs to identify trends, improve win rates, and provide strategic recommendations for future submissions.</li><li>Assess and qualify RfPs based on strategic fit and resource allocation.</li><li>Assign opportunity owners to specific RfPs (e.g., Sales, Product, Compliance) based on expertise and capacity.</li><li>Optimize RfP processes, tools, and methodologies.</li><li>Provide strategic input on pricing, deal structures, and risk assessment.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field; certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.</li><li>5-8+ years in RfP management, proposal writing, or a similar role in iGaming or B2B environments.</li><li>Familiarity with industry dynamics, client requirements, and regulatory environments relevant to iGaming.</li><li>Deep understanding of RfP processes, including compliance, proposal writing, and competitive positioning.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex, multi-stakeholder RfPs.</li><li>Expertise in ensuring compliance with RfP requirements and delivering high-quality submissions.</li><li>Strong ability to coordinate across departments and align stakeholders for successful RfP responses.</li><li>Proven ability to lead a team or coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for RfP success.</li><li>Proficient in using analytics to evaluate RfP trends and improve win rates</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Stay Healthy:</strong> 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Hybrid work schedule</strong>: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time).</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Support for New Parents:</strong></li></ul><ul><li>21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.</li><li>4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.</li></ul><p>Our office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations.
