1) Looking for seasoned Project Manager with experience in Telecom Domain. Experienced in managing programs in Agile Scrum/SAFE.
2) Develop the project schedule and plan to ensure timely completion of the project. Obtain management and client agreement with the project plan and timeline and advise of any obstacles or resource needs that may affect completion of the project as planned.
3) Assemble the project team, identify competencies, and assign resources to development tasks appropriate to each individuals knowledge, skill, and abilities.
4) Communicate project goals, monitor project progress, and adjust resources as necessary to keep the project on track.
5) Apply project management tools and tracking systems to manage all aspects of project progress.
6) Utilize project resources and serve as an individual contributor to analyze user system and application needs, determine and evaluate potential solutions, develop system specifications and requirements, and design application programs to meet the requirements.
7) Plan code release based on application development cycle and monthly release cycle.

8) Create and maintain the Maestro program reporting and artifacts on the Client’s agile sites (Jira and Confluence)
9) Performs financial monthly reporting, reconciliations, and reporting analysts
10) Performs quality control of portfolio milestones, and tracking implementation
11) Preparing effort consumption, and tracking for BSS modernization program
12) Updating program artifacts and updating status and closure
13) Monitoring financial status of the BSS modernization program and validating efforts, financial reports, forecast data and reviewing time reports
14) Perform project plan review, organizing and participating stakeholder meetings, maintaining project Documentation and reporting as necessary
