IT Project Manager

Does this sound like a job for you?

• At least several years of project management experience at a service-oriented IT Company
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment while also remaining flexible and proactive
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize completing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing diverse teams and complex software projects
• Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
• Strong communication, collaboration and change management skills
• Experience in Risk Oversight (Identifying, Prioritizing and Addressing risks )
• Ability to address challenges and drive consensus
• Demonstrates a keen awareness of customer needs and priorities, prioritizing customer outcomes in decision-making processes
• Maintain a sharp focus on service quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor, control, and optimize staffing resources to meet project demands effectively
• Capability to work with remote and multicultural teams
• Passionate about delivering business value at a cost-effective pace, and to the highest quality standards
• Proficiency in project management and support tools (Jira, Azure ADO; MS Office)
• Excellent spoken and written English

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
