Sales Support Specialist (AU IT Services, Hybrid)

Salary: P60,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package) 

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST) 

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:  

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role 
• Understanding key product lines such as HP, Dell, Microsoft and more. 
• Proven experience working for an Australian based company before 

What will you do? 

• Be responsible for quote requests, from sourcing to creation of customer ready documents. 
• Follow up on submitted pricing with distributors to ensure they are processed in a timely manner 
• Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, distributors and internal stakeholders 
• Identify client needs, and provide guidance and information about our products and services with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction 
• Provide quotations direct to the client 
• Manage your own list of sales opportunities 
• Negotiate better pricing between a key list of vendors looking for the best product to fit the customer’s needs
