Responsible to lead the team technically.<br><br><strong>Location : Whitefield, Bangalore<br>Experience : 08 - 12 Years</strong><strong><br></strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>JOB FUNCTIONS (ESSENTIAL)</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in Automotive Electrical Hardware Design and Development &amp; Independently handle the team</li><li>Architecting the solutions </li><li>Hands on experience on ADAS or Sensor or similar product </li><li>Experience in <strong>Microcontroller based design, DDR based design, PCIe , SGMII, RGMII, MIPI, GMSL/FPD LINK &amp; High-speed design</strong></li><li>Good knowledge on <strong>DV &amp; PV </strong>Testing </li><li>Understand the Architecture and Component Selection, Power budget calculations and Schematic Entry to design tools</li><li>Analog, Digital and High-speed design knowledge </li><li>Perform Noise Margin Analysis, <strong>WCCA, DFMEA</strong>, and other HW design analysis</li><li>Hardware Requirement Document Preparation<strong> (HRS )</strong></li><li>Interpret the <strong>SI and PI</strong> analysis report and recommend the changes </li><li>HW Design Documentation Preparation</li><li>Good at EMC compliance Design </li><li>Experience working with <strong>PCB layout Engineer </strong>and guiding them (PCB constraint or Specific PCB design guideline)</li><li>Develop the <strong>EMI / EMC </strong>test plans </li><li>Knowledge in Instrumentation usage , Board bring up and <strong>HW debugging </strong></li><li>Prepare the HW Test Plan and develop the HW Test cases </li><li>Experience in HW Test set up preparation and HW Testing &amp; Test report preparation </li><li>Understand the OEM and regulatory requirements &amp; Implement in HW design</li><li>Review the <strong>PCB design</strong> and guide the PCB designer to achieve <strong>DFM &amp; Design requirements </strong></li><li>Actively Participate in Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving activities</li><li>Good knowledge on <strong>HDLC </strong>and Process implementation for the HW development </li><li>Review the Technical work products and guide the team</li><li>Stakeholder Management experience Eg.
