Hello suppliers, *** has immediate openings for Assemblers in the Battle Ground, WA facility. The pay-rate for these openings is set, ***/hr & ***/hr for 1st & Swing Shift respectively.

Shifts are Monday Thursday with Friday as an OT day. Currently working OT 90% of the time for total of 50 hours per week.
6 month contract-to-hire with a pay bumb upon conversion!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In the Assembler I position; you will perform a wide variety of tasks to prepare or build vehicle gauges. You will install subsystems, parts, and components into an electronic assembly on a production line. You will also perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality. The position requires the use and operation of torque drivers, presses, robots, electronic interfaces, and automated testing equipment. This position requires proficiency evaluated by Lead in a minimum of 5 workstations after 6 months in role (this includes time as a temporary employee).
Assemblers work in a repetitive, fast paced environment and participate in teams to improve processes. This job requires you to lift up to 40lbs, bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, reach overhead, perform strong pinch and grip, push pull up to 100lbs, and stand/walk up to 8 hours per day.

Good standing with company at end of contract, validated by Lead (values, attendance, quality, safety)
Knows quality expectations and functions of product
Achieve proficiency evaluated by Lead in a minimum of 5 workstations
18 years of age or older
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screens
Willing and able to work overtime, including Saturday shifts
Previous experience in a production environment is a plus
