Scheduling Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules using scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Monitor and track project progress against schedules and milestones
• Identify and analyze schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Generate and present regular reports and updates on project schedules
• Continuously improve and optimize scheduling processes and methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling within the Oil & Energy industry
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
