We are seeking applicants for a Branch Manager II for our Oscoda location. The Branch Manager II is responsible for the daily oversight of the branch including leadership and development of the Oscoda team members, as well as, all branch operations, lending, product sales and member service in accordance with the Credit Union’s mission and long-term strategic initiatives. This position is also responsible for attaining established goals through active participation in promoting Credit Union products and services through community outreach and involvement to enhance new and existing member relationships and business opportunities.
This position requires a professional approach in dealing with problems, members and staff, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading employees and attaining goals. This position requires flexibility and the ability to make effective decisions, as well as, a candidate who demonstrates strong administrative, management and supervision skills. Qualifications Required:
Associate’s degree in business management, or comparable relevant work experience
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
State of Michigan Credit Insurance Producer License obtained within 12 months of acquiring position
Qualifications Desired:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, banking, or other related field. Five or more years of experience in financial services, credit unions, banking, sales, management or other related field.
