Sicherung des ordnungsgemäßen, reibungslosen und effektiven Logistikablaufs
Verantwortung für (Liefer-)Termine, Logistikeffizienz und -Qualität
Steuerung und Behebung von Prozess- und Kapazitätsengpässen
1. Ansprechpartner für Prozess- und Systemstörungen
Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Logistikprozesse
effektiver Einsatz der personellen Ressourcen

Dein Profil

abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachlagerist (m/w/d), Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
idealerweise Weiterbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Inhalten z.B. als Fachwirt, Industriemeister, Logistikmeister (m/w/d) oder vergleichbares
Führungserfahrung im Logistik-Umfeld sowie im operativen Steuern eines Teams
Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
Erfahrung mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen, MS-Office-Kenntnisse
selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
hohe soziale Kompetenz zur modernen Mitarbeiterführung
prozessorientiertes Denken sowie analytische Fähigkeiten
Teamfähigkeit und Spaß am Mitgestalten bei Veränderung
