Job Description
- Non-coding profile
- Resolve operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements.
- Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures.
- Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems.
- Analysis of application provided logs and errors
- Address customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Creation and quality control on cloud files.
- Data clearing support (All DCH level 1 issues)
- UAT Testing & Implementation
- RAP/TAP/Mediation file handling
- Rerating/recycling of CDRs
- User application access review
- Process documentation.
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years with Engineering / telecommunication / IT profile
- Bachelor's in engineering or relevant field.
