Job Description

Non-coding profile
Resolve operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements.
Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures.
Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems.
Analysis of application provided logs and errors
Address customer issues promptly and accurately.
Creation and quality control on cloud files.
Data clearing support (All DCH level 1 issues)
UAT Testing & Implementation
RAP/TAP/Mediation file handling
Rerating/recycling of CDRs
User application access review
Process documentation.

Requirements

0 to 3 years with Engineering / telecommunication / IT profile
Bachelor's in engineering or relevant field.
