As an IT Operations Specialist at Bolt, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. Your role will involve maintaining and improving our IT systems, providing top-notch support to team members, and driving initiatives that enhance our IT processes

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Provide technical support, mostly across MacOS platforms and various tools.</point>
• <point>Manage computer fleet, procurement, and inventory.</point>
• <point>Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.</point>
• <point>Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.</point>
• <point>Collaborate with global teams to support operations and maintain Knowledge base.</point>
• <point>Install, configure, and maintain meeting rooms and AV equipment.</point>

• <point>You have experience with managing Apple devices.</point>
• <point>You are proficient with Device Management tools like JAMF, JumpCloud.</point>
• <point>You are comfortable with Network and AV troubleshooting.</point>
• <point>You have experience with meeting room equipment configuration.</point>
• <point>You are a proactive problem-solver with a knack for innovation.</point>
• <point>You have excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</point>
