Ops Transformation Lead

• The Ops Transformation Lead will be responsible for driving operational transformation initiatives within the organization.
• Lead and oversee the implementation of process improvement projects to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices.
• Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Provide guidance and support to team members involved in operational transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the progress of transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operational excellence and process improvement.
• Identify and drive the adoption of digital solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management or process improvement roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational transformation projects and driving tangible results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex operational data and trends.
• Experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of digital solutions and emerging technologies related to operational transformation.
• Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in operations transformation role.
• TA experience is preferred but not a primary requirement.
• Will work with Ops team to review Target Operating Model for new platform implementation. Test and sign off any requirements for new model. 
• Ops SME with Transfer Agency background is preferred.
