Are you passionate about account management and eager to dive deep into analyzing customer needs, behaviors, and potential? We have an exciting opportunity for you! As a Customer Segment Manager at Oxylabs, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, handling operational and account-related queries. You will also play a pivotal role in identifying business growth opportunities, building long-standing relationships with B2B clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and success.

Your day-to-day:

  • Engage in daily communications with a wide array of clients to ensure maximization of their business value.
  • Identify and utilize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within a designated customer portfolio.
  • Actively manage customer renewals, red accounts, and billing processes.
  • Track, monitor, and report operational revenue metrics pertaining to the Self Service.
  • Assist CSM in collecting and analyzing data for customer segment analysis, the automated customer engagement system, and growth insights.
  • Provide assistance in ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.

Your skills & experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer engagement (i.e., Sales or Account Management).
  • Ability to deliver positive results for customers by understanding business/personal needs and building strong relationships.
  • Being a customer advocate - strong internal communication.
  • Excellence in written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to identify account expansion opportunities.
  • Objection handling and proactive mindset.

  • Nice to have requirements:
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, PowerBI, MixMax systems.
  • Experience with data analytics.
  • Experience with billing procedures.

Salary:

  • Gross salary: 1990 - 3000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
