Pay Rate- $34.08
Remote is ok, as long as the contractor is local and can come to the Deerfield office occasionally as needed.
Work will be 30 hours per week. We prefer set hours per week but are open to flexibility on what days/hours are worked.
Job Title: Legal Support Analyst
Job Description: The Legal Support Analyst will support various key activities related to ***s eDiscovery and Records and Information Management Programs.
- eDiscovery Key Activities:
o Support the issuance or updates of Legal Holds
o Assist in eDiscovery collection requests
o Assist in departing employee collection requests
- Records and Information Management Key Activities:
o Perform assigned records management tasks including metadata analysis, indexing, storage, retrieval, returns and records destruction activities in accordance with Company Policies
o Prepare various reports related to records lifecycle management
o Maintain currency of key contact listings and other frequently referenced materials
Skill Set:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision/oversight
- Ability to analyze situations and come up with meaningful recommendations/solutions that meet the needs of the business
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and to prioritize work projects with varying deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Proficient in the use of SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in eDiscovery
- Experience working with Legal Hold applications
- Experience in records and information management
- Experience working in a regulated environment
Work-at-Home Requirements:
- Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular high speed internet service for a home office
- Hotspots and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role
- A dedicated workspace lacking ongoing interruptions is required
- Ability to travel to the Deerfield office occasionally as needed
