We strive to be the preferred digital advisor; we win customers with unique industry expertise, and we aim to guide and navigate businesses into a successful digital transformation and future.<br><br>We are looking for a commercial and visionary Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance to advise and help clients bridge technological and compliance requirement.<br><br><strong>Core Responsibilities </strong><br>In this role, you will report directly to the Service Area Director, Frederik Thordal Jørgensen with one employee in reference. Your mail responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Being responsible for the Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance Team: lead, drive, motivate etc.</li><li>Provide expert advice to clients on Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance</li><li>Guide clients in implementing effective risk assessments and designing controls that align with ISO standards and other relevant frameworks</li><li>Develop strategies to ensure clients maintain compliance and adopt best practices in governance, risk, and compliance management</li><li>Communicate clearly with clients, explaining compliance requirements and recommending practical steps to achieve them</li><li>Continuously monitor and assess clients' compliance efforts, advising on improvements and updates as needed</li><li>Build and establish the future Governance, Risk, and Compliance team</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your background and experience</strong><br>You have strong knowledge and experience within Governance, Risk, and Compliance. This includes:</p><ul> <li>Experience from a Matrix or SMB organization, preferably within IT Service &amp; Technology or consultancy businesses</li> <li>Solid working knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance; ISO27001, NIS2 &amp; GDPR</li> <li>Having a keen sense of identifying growth opportunities</li> <li>Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken<br> <br> </li></ul><p>To succeed in the role, you bring a sharp business acumen, a strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proactive and energetic personality.<br></p><p>We want Columbus to be the go-to place for people who are passionate about being digital advisors for future transformations.
