CloudHire is seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our Client. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the company. We are looking for a friendly and organized individual who can make a positive first impression and represent our company professionally.


Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, ascertain their purpose, and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Manage and maintain a tidy reception area, including overseeing workplace hygiene protocols.
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries, and distribute as necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings, such as setting up conference rooms and providing support during virtual gatherings.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders when necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using computer software, including MS Office and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced and sometimes demanding environments.
  • Energetic and friendly personality with exceptional customer service skills.
