As an Operations Analyst, you will help to monitor, identify and solve problems internally, helping to implement goal-oriented strategies and working collaboratively within the Operations Team, alongside all other departments. This role closely supports a Continuous Improvement culture and should strive to seek out ways to support that culture across all departments and business functions

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collation, processing, analysis and presentation of data
o Obtain raw data from system and tooling
o Presents data in various formats
o Identifies patterns, trends, and correlations in data
o Provides commentary on salient data points
o OKR and KPI metrics
• Complete weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly operational tasks
• Documentation
o Information management system – our store of all business documentation
o Processes, policy and procedure review and revision
• Assist in improving the overall efficiency of the
company within the operational remit
• Improve data collection methods
• Facilitate improvements in ways of working with the broader team
• Administrative support to the Operations team
• Support Continuous Improvement culture
• Assist with, and hold Information Management System ‘Boards’ to help progress RAID items
• Analyse current processes, tools and systems
• Financial reconciliation, including sales invoices, purchase invoices, banking and accounts
• Facilitate communication
• Pursuit of data integrity
• Works with the Team to complete any external reporting requirements:
o Business Operations
o R&D Claims
o ISO and Product security requirements
• No direct reports
Requirements
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
• At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Analyst / Operations coordinator /Finance and accounting administrator Analyst.
• Good working knowledge in Excel
• Proven experience in issue identification, research, recommendation and crucially, following on with delivering positive change because of your efforts.
• Proven experience in the quantitative and qualitative information presentation.
• Working to deadlines
• Collation and presentation of departmental reports
• Management of multiple deliverables at any one time
• Strong numerical and analytical presentation skills
• A sharp eye for detail, identifying improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company effectiveness.
• Impassioned by opportunities, the chance to put a personal stamp on a business and to continue its growth trajectory.
• Not content with the status quo, willing to challenge shareholders / executives to streamline and enhance company performance.
• Technical competency within an IT/tech company setting, with demonstrable knowledge of the software development lifecycle and core fundamentals for delivering software products at scale
• A passion for development and technology, keeping up to date with technological trends to build an ever-evolving strategy for the development team.
