Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter at Eram Talent, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top technical talent for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct sourcing, to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate a candidate's technical skills, experience, and qualifications
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals for future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter
- Proven track record of successful technical recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of technical roles and relevant skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines
