The Closet Lover is a fashion label based and operated from Singapore. Founded by sister duo, Brianna and Bertilla Wong, the brand has grown over the years and now has a strong retail and online presence in Singapore, Malaysia and Cambodia. Our headquarter and core team is located in Singapore.

At TCL, our brand mission is to build a brand that is focused on family, community and kinship. We believe in reinventing new styles that excite; creating a variety of clothing that can enable every lady to embody true confidence. As a Retail Assistant at The Closet Lover, you will focus on providing the best TCL customer experience for every customer. You will help ensure the store achieves operational and financial goals and will embody the TCL culture.

Your day-to-day:

• Provide warm, spirited and empathic service to everyone who enters the store
• Embody TCL culture and communicate it to fellow team members and customers
• Learn and harness perfect understanding about our brand and products
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Keep our store bright, clean and tidy
• Communicating with customers and collaborating with the team
• Organising and preparing the stocks in the storeroom

Requirements

If you are:

• Fond of TCL products and fervent of the brand
• A believer of TCL vision and mission
• A team player who is comfortable with a fast paced environment
• A conscientious self-starter who is able to solve problems and learn from their own mistakes
• Passionate about helping others and likes to put a smile on others’ faces
• Great at communicating and have some experience in any customer-service focused environment / retail industry
