<title>About the role</title>

As an Operations Coordinator for Bolt Market, you will be the point of contact for the Marketing, Customer Support, Courier Operations, Legal, and Procurement teams for store-related questions. You'll report to our Operations Manager.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Direct point of contact with the Supply Chain and Category teams, for store-related questions that need a quick response, and vice-versa.</point>
• <point>Training, and overseeing the store’s staff.</point>
• <point>Ensuring Operations Continuity.</point>
• <point>Owning one or two stores.</point>
• <point>Inventorying, picking and packing, accepting orders and other store-related functions.</point>
• <point>Responsible for SOP compliance, implementation, and auditing, namely in the Food Safety, Health and Safety, HACCP, NPS Score, Quality, Time, Ordering, and Supplier Engagement and communication.</point>

• <point>You have excellent communication & written skills in English, and Portuguese.</point>
