You will be responsible for planning, managing, analyzing, and optimizing paid media marketing campaigns to achieve performance targets. You will lead and drive the organization (and your team) to build and execute an integrated marketing paid plan aligned with the company’s key strategic objectives, unlocking opportunities for significant revenue growth through enhanced paid performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media management across various platforms and proven experience managing a team.

Responsibilities;

-Support the creation and implementation processes of Paid Social plans and communication strategies for the US Hispanics.

-Ensure campaigns are executed effectively to meet expected performance targets.

-Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying key insights and areas for improvement.

-Collaborate with the creative production department to produce content for social media.

-Develop and implement new mechanisms to increase lead generation.

-Monitor and support the processes of working with the SMM team.

-Coordinate multiple key projects simultaneously and deliver results.

-Proactively stay updated on media behaviors, technology trends, industry news, and evolving strategies..

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in a similar position.

- Proven managerial experience.

- Proficiency in English.

- Demonstrated success in implementing Social Media strategies or equivalent.

- Experience in fact-paced environments under tight deadlines and performance plans.

- Proven Track Record in scaling leads, revenue and margin in a D2C segment/market using Social Media Channels.
