As for the on-call rotation, the associate would be a part of a rotation that would be responsible for after hour support during the week they are assigned on-call and they would share that responsibility with their team members.

24/7 on call rotation that is held one week at a time
Skills Required: - Must have 4 years of experience systems analysis, requirements gathering and design
- Minimum 4 years of experience in analyzing complex business problems or processes and translating business requirements into technology solutions that factor in system performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, scalability, and total cost of ownership
- Minimum 4 years of experience designing enterprise class solutions
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases
- Skilled in project and resources planning; ability to deliver projects meeting project milestones and budget
- Strong problem- determination skills and resolution experience.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related analytical field or equivalent experience
Work Description: - Support level activities (60% time)
- Responsible for monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through an incident management system
- Application-level support
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Root cause analysis
- Maintaining and documenting root cause through issue resolution
- Consulting with the software vendor and internal users
- Software release analysis / testing estimated (20% time)
- Documentation maintenance (20% time)
- Maintaining technical documentation and procedures
- Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics
- Maintaining change control documentation
