Sensitive Site Exploitation/ Materiel & Personnel Exploitation Instructor

Contract Duration: 8th November 2024 - 20th December 2024

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled former military instructor with expertise in Materiel & Personnel Exploitation (MPE) for a short-term contract based in the Middle East. This position is part of a small training team tasked with delivering a 6-week MPE training package to local students for a prestigious client.

As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering theoretical training and managing and delivering scenario-based exercises using MPE equipment, providing guidance and mentorship to students, and working collaboratively with other instructors. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong understanding across the spectrum of MPE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver operational Materiel & Personnel Exploitation (MPE) training to local students.
• Manage scenario-based exercises using MPE equipment.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students.
• Collaborate with other instructors to ensure high-quality training delivery.
• Utilise and manage information databases as part of the training.

Requirements

Essential Criteria:

• Availability to work in the Middle East from 8th November 2024 to 20th December 2024.
• Proven experience within SSE and MPE delivery and/or instruction.
• Formal training in intelligence analysis within a military context.
• Proven experience as an instructor.
• Strong public speaking and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of digital intelligence solutions.
• Recognised Teaching and/or Instructor qualifications.

Desirable Criteria:

• Technical skills, including proficiency with digital forensics tools such as Detego or Cellebrite.
• Previous experience in data extraction, analysis, and investigation.
• Experience working in an intelligence collection environment.
• Operational experience with the ability to conduct field triage.
• Proficiency in Arabic/experience instructing through translators.
• Driving licence.
