The Job in a Nutshell💡
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in working with the Cyber Security team to deliver secure systems and implement proportionate controls by collaborating with various teams and third-party vendors. The position is split between providing day-to-day operational support and leading project-based work to develop and deploy new information/cyber security services.
What Will You Do❓
- Develop and implement an overall cybersecurity strategy in alignment with the corporate strategy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (such as SAMA and NCA).
- Prepare and manage the cybersecurity budget.
- Deliver cybersecurity projects.
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness programs and phishing testing campaigns.
- Oversee cybersecurity architecture; design and implement cybersecurity tools, solutions, and technologies.
- Prepare RFPs and manage vendor selection and management.
- Manage cybersecurity risk.
- Design strategies to identify and mitigate cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as IT, Audit, and Operations to improve cybersecurity posture.
- Assist with audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Recruit and manage the cybersecurity team.
- Document and report to senior management.
- Promote cybersecurity culture within the organization.
What Are We Looking For❓
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in the banking/financial services sector.
- Experience leading a cybersecurity function in previous roles.
- Strong knowledge of SAMA and CMA cybersecurity requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with various stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Leadership skills.
- A Saudi national; based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
Who Will Excel❓
- Experience in cybersecurity risk assessment and job analysis.
- Understanding and experience in cybersecurity risk management.
- Certifications such as CCISM and CCIP.
- Project management experience is desirable.
- Experience with security awareness and training programs.
- Experience working in a regulated environment.
