This position is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction inside the BCS store.
Contributions:
- Coordinate with store manager to develop daily production plans and determine workflow
- Offer high levels of customer service by assessing customer needs and providing assistance
- Maintain inventory levels of all products within a specific range
- Ensure products are made timely and meet quality standards
- Maintain a safe and clean production and retail area
- Follow and achieves sales goals
- Remain knowledgeable on all products
- Process POS purchases and returns of merchandise
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Excellent organization skills
