Role Purpose:
As the Business Systems Manager at Kpler, your primary objective is to lead a team of technology professionals in optimizing and integrating our business systems landscape. You'll focus on key systems such as CRM, ERP, lead management, and finance technology to ensure they work seamlessly together, supporting our operational efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team in optimizing and integrating CRM, ERP, lead management, and finance technology systems to align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for our business systems.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the resources and direction needed to succeed.
- Manage the delivery of new system implementations and enhancements, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain the quality and reliability of our business systems, conducting regular assessments and implementing improvements as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure team members have the necessary training and support to effectively utilize our business systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business systems, with expertise in CRM, ERP, lead management, and finance technology is required.
- Proficiency in technical languages and frameworks relevant to our systems landscape is required. PHP experience is a huge plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders is required.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership is required.
- Familiarity with APEX programming language and experience in system design and development is desired.
