The ambitious and willing can progress through the ranks in our two rosette kitchen.<br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible.</li><li>Collect and wash up kitchen crockery and utensils.</li><li>Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.</li><li>Unload food and equipment deliveries.</li><li>Keep the storeroom organised.</li><li>Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.</li><li>Uphold high levels of food safety and hygiene.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:<br></p><ul><li>Although experience is not normally essential, some experience of the kitchen environment and typical kitchen hours would be beneficial.</li><li>H&S and COSHH training will be provided.</li></ul><p>This role will equip you with many of the basic skills and training needed to start your career - for the ambitious this role could be the start of your Chef journey with us.</p><p>Key Skills :</p><ul><li>Hardworking</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Works well under pressure</li></ul><ul><li>As a family-owned, independent Cornish business, we value every member of our talented team.
