Job Description: About 5 years ago, our client migrated to Workday from their highly-customized PeopleSoft HR system. The ideal candidate will need to refine the initial implementation to improve the user experience and to take advantage of new features to achieve the goals of the organization.
Accountabilities: Drive successful collaboration across business users, product, engineering teams, and other internal teams.
Champion for change, apply product-led and user-centric best practices.
Lead and facilitate development process by building the tech user stories, defining clear acceptance criteria, review and validate developed features.
Work with engineers and users to identify, classify and resolve feature-level user issues.

Job Skills: Aim for solid product management skills to better align solutions to problems.
Experience with 2-3 Workday HCM implementation is desired.
