Your Tasks:
- Preparing ingredients and dishes, serving according to MINE-restaurant’s specifications
- Maintaining high-quality food standards
- Keeping a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Supervising the goods, incl. ordering and proper storage
Your Qualifications:
- Working experience as a cook (m/f/d) or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of processes in restaurant operations
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine would be an advantage
- English skills are a must – Italian and other foreign languages would be an advantage
- Cook school diploma would be an advantage
