Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Engineer Business Analyst to support the Sales Engineering team by managing demo site data, coordinating schedules, maintaining an online knowledge base, and ensuring demo environments are always prepared for product demonstrations. This role will also involve tracking product bugs, communicating issues with the Product team, and ensuring timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demo Site Management: Maintain and update demo sites with realistic, simulated brokerage data. Ensure sites are fully functional and ready for demos at all times.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate Sales Engineering team schedules and demo availability. Manage internal calendars and optimize demo scheduling.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Keep the Sales Engineering knowledge base updated with new product information, demo methodologies, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Bug Tracking & Communication: Identify, submit, and track bugs affecting demos. Communicate issues and resolutions to both the Product team and Sales Engineers, ensuring timely updates to demo sites.
  • Sales Engineering Support: Provide general administrative and operational support to the Sales Engineering team, including creating materials for demos, managing schedules, and assisting with presentations.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to the demo preparation workflow and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to drive insights.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office and other CRM systems; Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to craft clear and concise high-level tickets.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in a customer success, client services, or administrative role within a SaaS or technology environment, preferably in real estate.
