This team drives the expansion of brands in our portfolio that have graduated from the validation phase and are now scaling across up to 100 sites.</p><p>As a <strong>Trainer</strong>, you’ll be on the road (or train!), visiting our <strong>Host</strong> sites - operating partners like restaurants, pubs, hotels, and leisure venues that integrate our brands (mostly for delivery only). You’ll ensure their teams are set up for success through hands-on training across multiple areas:</p><ul><li><strong>Culinary Training</strong> – Teaching teams to prepare our brands to the highest standard using our carefully sourced ingredients.</li><li><strong>Tech Training</strong> – Guiding staff on using Sessions’ technology, including hardware and backend software for operational monitoring.</li><li><strong>Best Practice for Success</strong> – Sharing key insights, tips, and must-dos to help sites maximise their performance.</li><li><strong>Equipment, Health & Safety, and Food Safety</strong> – Providing kitchen expertise to uphold our quality and compliance standards.
