Background in Retail or Client commercial processes (trade promotions, sales agreement, sales force automation, incentives management, retail execution)

 

Manage Kantar solution implementation and integration for the End Customers, as Kantar Consulting supplier.

 

Main ask from this position are as following:

a) Functional Workshops preparation and collaborative execution

b) Functional Workshops minutes delivery

c) Gap analysis and bridge/closure options recommendations

d) Blueprint definition and writing.

e) User Stories writing activities (breakdown of the Blueprint in User Stories, handover of functional specifications to technical team)

f) Functional Configuration of Solution and User Stories Testing activities during build and SIT phases.

g) Conducting UAT with end-customer (Facilitate test script creation, drive systems integration and user acceptance testing, functional defect analysis and resolution)

h) Supporting End-customer Key-User during hyper care phase (from Go-Live to project sign-off)

i) Application Maintenance Support knowledge transfer

j) Application Maintenance Support Activities : Change Request functional implementation, L3 support, defect analysis and resolution, conduct or participate in client touchpoints to review open tickets/issues and SLAs •
