We strongly believe in promoting from within the business – there are great progression and training opportunities with us, and you get to work with leading UK and international brands and businesses.</p><p><strong>How you’ll make an impact?</strong></p><p>You will work closely with the Planner Buyer and Account Manager to implement and execute Media campaigns across a whole spectrum of Media. <strong>We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, who enjoys working in a fast paced and varied role.</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Optimising offline media campaigns, using data and making recommendations</li><li>Planning and media admin tasks (use of DDS/Ad Dynamix/Echo/RAPS)</li><li>Analysing all client and media owner outputs</li><li>Regular contact with media owners</li><li>Highlighting invoice queries and raise to line manager</li><li>Spot matching and schedules</li><li>Monitoring future TV programming and monthly TV reconciliations</li><li>Liaising with clients and providing updates on campaigns using data from campaigns</li><li>Use of schedule and spreadsheet calculations</li><li>Checking insertions against media schedules and update</li><li>Vouchering, COIs, and delivery instructions</li><li>Negotiating with TV sales houses to deliver campaigns</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Great attention to detail</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent time management skills</li></ul><ul><li>Brilliant verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Meeting deadlines and prioritising workload</li></ul><ul><li>A passion for the media industry – commercial media</li></ul><ul><li>Adaptability and flexibility</li></ul><ul><li>Analytical, good with numeracy and enjoys working with data and excel</li></ul><ul><li>Strong team player but should also work independently</li></ul><ul><li>Quick learner, who loves a challenge</li></ul><p><strong>Why join ARM?</strong></p><p>Want to work for the fastest growing performance marketing agency in the UK?
