Responsibilities:
Assist client to setup applications appropriate with clients requirements
Provide consultancy for a client about best practice of consumer finance products
Support and give problem-solving to clients
Support clients for data update and provide reports
Gather client requirements and implement the system
Report to the manager about client needs and problems regularly
Work with Implementation team in conducting projects with clients and users
Collaborate with the engineering and customer success team to deliver product feedback and feature requests
Use of strong persuasion skills to influence the clients
Log, track, and maintain customer contact and contact records
Foster a good working relationship with existing clients (identify and solve client’s problems/needs, collect their feedback on product, organize marketing event with a clients if necessary)
Requirements:
Business/Management background with experience in start-up environments is preferable
Experience in client-facing roles
Prior 2-3 years experience selling or marketing is a plus but is not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English is a plus
Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
Strong organizational skills and interpersonal communication skills
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused Scrappy and competitive
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Have a positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, disdain for failure, and hunger/appreciation for the feedback
Huge plus: experience selling to HR Manager, CEO, Accountant or Finance Manager Comfortable working in a small, distributed team
