POSITION SUMMARY
Princess Polly’s US Operations Associate is responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by assisting with all Outbound/Fulfillment and Returns tasks. While assisting the Outbound Returns Manager in meeting all SLA’s, as the Outbound Associate you will also help in communicating any issues or updates to internal and 3PL teams.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR US OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE:
-Within 30 days, you will have a full understanding of the Outbound and Returns department and processes
-Within 60 days you will have a full understanding of collaboration with the CX & PR teams
-Within 90 days, you will become proficient in your role’s reporting duties
KEY DUTIES AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
- Actioning CX inquiries of parcel investigation on CX logs & PR Order Issues Log
- Assist with any Outbound and Returns tasks including reporting, collaboration, processes & procedures
- Actioning QC Replacement Orders
- Update the end-of-day reports daily and refine the projections sheet with both placed and actual figures.
