General Description:
The RN coordinates the patient care team in providing and documenting patient care in accordance with applicable standards of practice; applies nursing process to all areas of practice; manages and provides health care and education to patients and their families during hospitalization; assesses, implements, coordinates, delegates and evaluates nursing care of patients; prioritizes patient care needs and provides care accordingly; performs specialized nursing care procedures as outlined in department/unit-specific competency profiles; coordinates patient encounters, admissions, transfers and discharges; provides leadership to, and development of, patient care team; identifies opportunities for improvement in patient care and organizational processes; participates in performance improvement activities; participates in medical and nursing research activities.
Shift 12*3 or 8*5 Days/Nights (both shifts available)
Term 13 Weeks
Overtime Available up to 48 hours
PayRate Weekly gross - $2400/week - $3000/week
Requirements:
License Valid for State of Ohio
EMR EPIC experience is preferred
At least 1 year experience on Radiation Therapist within the last three years
At least 2 years experience total
BLS Preferred
Accredited CCNS (OR) ACEN University Graduate
