Apt Resources is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as an IT and Admin Back Office Support. In this role, you will provide essential support to our IT department and assist with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, and network equipment
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues
- Assist with the procurement and management of IT supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience in IT support and/or administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
- Knowledge of IT procurement and inventory management is a plus
- Willing to work in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro
