Position Summary:
As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic talent acquisition plan, with a focus on attracting top talent to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, preferably within the IT consulting industry and a proven track record of building successful recruiting strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to understand business objectives and workforce planning needs.
Leadership and Team Management:- Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Industry Expertise:- Leverage 12-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant portion gained in consulting.
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and emerging recruitment technologies.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers.
- Implement and optimize recruitment workflows to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to drive effective recruitment outcomes.
Employer Branding:- Contribute to the development of the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Implement initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice in the industry.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on IT consulting
- Proven leadership experience, managing and developing successful recruiting teams.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, market trends, and technology solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
Location:
This position is based at our New Jersey office. Limited travel may be required.
