Job Title: Associate Director of Talent Acquisition
Location: New Jersey (Hybrid)
Type: Fulltime

As they continue to grow, they are seeking an accomplished Director of Talent Acquisition to lead their recruitment efforts and contribute to their continued success.

Position Summary:
As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic talent acquisition plan, with a focus on attracting top talent to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, preferably within the IT consulting industry and a proven track record of building successful recruiting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to understand business objectives and workforce planning needs.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Industry Expertise:
  • Leverage 12-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant portion gained in consulting.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and emerging recruitment technologies.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers.
  • Implement and optimize recruitment workflows to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to drive effective recruitment outcomes.
Employer Branding:
  • Contribute to the development of the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice in the industry.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12-15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on IT consulting
  • Proven leadership experience, managing and developing successful recruiting teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, market trends, and technology solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.

Location:
This position is based at our New Jersey office. Limited travel may be required.
