Web/Internet Engineer

• Assist with M365 Government G3 environment, permissions, and security.
• Knowledge of Exchange and Azure and assist with setting up and modification of email distribution groups as requested.
• Assist with setting up user two factor authentication in M365.
• Support of Teams.
• Use BMC Footprints and resolve any assigned tickets.
• Provide user support to support daily operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Reviews and monitoring usage reports.
• Programming powershell.
• Assisting with Self Service assessments in M365 environment.
• Assist with security remediation efforts with M365 environment.
• Ensure AD Sync Server to on prem AD to Azure.
• Monitor systems for uptime and ensure online.
• Create supporting project and system documentation.
• Provide updates to the Project Team.
• Work in a collaborative effort to conceptualize total systems and/or product solutions currently in place.
• Ability to plan, organize, review, implement associated project milestones to completion.
• Creates architecture diagrams, and technology navigation maps.
• Assist with development of policies and procedures to conform and comply with agency standard cyber security policy design related to information risk management, designation of data as to criticality, confidentiality, and protection.
• The position will be utilized for 40 hours per week for the duration of this project.
• The selected candidate should be able to work flexible hours where it may be necessary for work to be completed outside traditional business hours.
• The candidate will work closely with the Assigned Section Manager to identify, prioritize, and schedule workload and implementation to IT standards and procedures.
• The candidate will work closely with customer and subject matter experts for the system design and testing.
• This will also include compliance to security policy/procedures as well as integrating systems when possible to streamline staff workflows, user security, and data correction.

• Ability to establish positive working relationships with technical staff, customers and others involved in data-centric management.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Information Technology Field, best practices, organization, and operations.
• Ability to integrate technical systems with agency goals and objectives.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.
