About The Role:
A Digital Strategist is responsible for working with a team of Content Creators to come up with unique content ideas for publication across online or digital platforms. And responsible for developing and executing content strategy. You need creative vision, collaboration skills, the ability to understand and work with stakeholders, and the ability to see the big picture for DigiSay and clients. The Digital Strategist is accountable to deliver strategies that are data driven, meet KPIs, metrics, and drive revenue through content.
Responsibilities:
- Turn a complex brief into a multi-platform strategic approach to guide the content creation and development
- Working with editors, writers, producers, project managers, content creators and other team members to brief the teams with the strategy and ensure it is implemented according to the brief and aligns together simultaneously
- Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in terms of search engine optimization, content trends and consumer behavior
- Ensuring harmony and consistency across the digital campaign, from websites to social media channels and video content
- Project management: coordinating and organizing a calendar of deadlines and launch dates
- Develop content strategies for DigiSay, celebrities and clients
- Track consumer and content analytics, generate reports with a strategy moving forward
- Assists in writing and proofing client proposals and presentations
- Work on the final proposal document structure, responsible to gather the team’s work and present it with a storytelling mindset
- Proactively find strategic opportunities for existing clients and potential clients to expand DigiSay portfolio
- Collaborate with the market research team to gather insights, identify trends, and make data-driven strategies
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools, create a report and suggest improvements
- Client communication: Communicate and handle clients, take briefs and present proposals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field; or equivalent in experience
- 3-5 years in marketing experience
- Accountable, innovative and creative, bringing new ideas and technology to the table for implementation of content strategies
- Understands user experience and usability, accessibility, writing for the web and meeting user needs with content
- Expertise in the ever-changing social media landscape, and provide strategic input for client and agency marketing plans
- A creative problem solver that can multi-task and juggle several projects at a time
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, team building and collaboration
- Works in a fast-paced digital environment
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading
- Computer proficiency with Excel and Word
- Talent, drive and ability to work independently and in team settings
