Billing Collections Coordinator

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Billing Collections Coordinator to join our growing team. 

In this role you will:

• Work with our customers, ensuring they continue to have world-class experiences with our products.
• Maintain Hudl’s collection rates and help our customers pay on time with timely communication and follow-ups. 

For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Lincoln, Nebraska. With our flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you must come to the office.

• An excellent communicator. You’re just as comfortable speaking to one hundred coaches as you are to one coach.
• Customer-focused. You show value in current product offerings while ensuring Hudl receives payments on time.

Nice-to-Haves

• Customer-facing experience. You’ve interacted directly with customers to resolve their needs.
• Call experience. You’ve spent time on the phone working with or acquiring customers.
• Billing experience. One or more of your previous roles have involved billing tasks.
• Prior CRM usage. We use Salesforce, but experience with any customer relationship management software translates well.
• Passion for finance or sales. You could see yourself in a career in either of these areas. You are excited to gain experience working across our talented teams.
