- Start to take on and resolve end user tickets in our internal support queue.
In your first 3 months, you’ll become the primary end-user and day-to-day admin supporting core end users, as well as participate in requirement gathering conversations for new Salesforce enhancement requests.
- Manage the internal support queue, including error resolution, user management, and other daily requests critical for end users.
- Scope and execute short-term projects (< 2 weeks) as assigned by the Salesforce architect.
- Begin participating in larger strategic Salesforce initiatives with Revenue Operations and other stakeholders.
In your first 6 months, you’ll be an expert in Togetherwork’s Salesforce configuration and be the primary executor of Salesforce changes and enhancements.
- Lead Revenue Operations weekly review of ongoing Salesforce projects and appropriately manage timeframes, scope, and expectations.
- Continually and proactively look to optimize our Salesforce data structure, processes, and adjacent tech stack.
