Join Language Connect for Ukraine, a digital platform that connects international volunteers with Ukrainians for 1-on-1 video sessions to practice language skills.

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to improve your teaching skills and make a meaningful difference in someone's life. The program is flexible and adaptable to your schedule, allowing you to volunteer on your own terms.

Connect with Ukrainians and help them practice their language skills while enhancing your own experience as a language teacher.

Requirements

• Language proficiency: be a native or fluent speaker of a language.
• Cultural awareness: be sensitive to the unique needs and challenges of displaced persons.
• Flexible time commitment: update your availability anytime in your profile calendar.
• Patience and empathy: help students learn at their own pace and be comfortable during the learning process.
• Effective communication skills: provide clear instructions and explanations to ensure understanding.
