Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Implementations Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of both new hires and clients into our ecosystem. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire implementation and onboarding process, from initial client contact to successful project launch and new hire acclimation within the first 90 days with a new client. This role requires a strong understanding of diverse professional fields, exceptional project management skills, and a commitment to building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

● Manage the entire implementation and onboarding process, including client needs assessment, project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.

● Develop and implement customized onboarding programs for new hires from various professional backgrounds (architecture, engineering, healthcare, legal, finance).

● Ensure clear communication and establish strong relationships with clients throughout the implementation process.

● Oversee the smooth integration of new hires into client teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

● Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee the successful delivery of talent to clients.

● Leverage technology to streamline onboarding and implementation procedures.

● Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize onboarding processes.

● Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in onboarding and talent management.

● Start as an individual contributor to the team but will eventually manage and mentor a team responsible for various aspects of onboarding and implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing onboarding programs for diverse professional teams.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry, particularly headhunting and staff augmentation.
  • Experience working with clients from various industries (architecture, engineering, healthcare, legal, finance) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Adept at project management methodologies and proficient in project management tools.
  • Data-driven approach with a knack for identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
