Experience/Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing process planning in the aeronautical sector.
At least 5 years' Experience in Catia V5
Experience in Airbus methodology ia added advantage.
Experience in Catia 3Dx is added advantage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Analysis of 2D drawings /3D (DMU: Digital Mock Up) and feedback given to Design Office (tolerancing, geometry, key characteristics, torque values), feasibility analysis and give technical proposals if necessary, Involvement in multi-functional team (MFT) meetings concerning risks analysis.
Knowledge of PFMEA process Check and validation of drawings and associated bill of materials (BOM).
Technical perimeter structure assembly, Components assembly, cabin, Elementary parts .
Knowledge of metallic and composite structures Creation and/or modification of routings (assembly routings and/or manufacturing routings depending of the environment).
Management of associated tasks in the IT system (SAP, Catia V5,3DX, etc...)
Creation and/or modification of tooling request Creation and/or modification of repair routings following nonconformities, design query notes etc....
Responsible of a routing portfolio and associated configuration management Digital Mock Up (3D DMU) knowledge necessary for simulations
