Be sure to check out our customer success stories where you can learn more about the industry-leading clients we work with!</p><p><a href="http://www.nasstar.com">www.nasstar.com</a></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for delivering outstanding experiences to candidates, stakeholders and internal teams.<br></p><p>We are looking for an organised, self starting, engaging and energetic person who can hit the ground running and really make an impact.</p><p>The successful candidate will have experience partnering closely with business areas in a fast paced environment - in technology services or a similar business.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the full recruitment life cycle with an emphasis on candidate experience.</li><li>Design and execute Hiring Strategies</li><li>Collaborate with business leaders and internal teams to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations.</li><li>Advise hiring managers and internal teams on hiring best practices and market feedback.</li><li>Lead and execute Sourcing Strategies, Develop talent pipelines.</li><li>Work with internal teams to anticipate future workforce needs aligned with the business plan and goals.</li> </ul><p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience partnering closely with business areas in a fast paced business - in technology services or a similar business. </li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach are essential.</li> <li>Passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience.</li><li>Self starter who can work proactively and autonomously.</li><li>Continuous improvement and problem solving mindset.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a remote working role</li><li>Provide an add to our culture; bringing energy, empathy, and fun to work daily</li><li>Ability to work across multiple roles and streams.
